Privacy Policy

SAT Acer (“we”, “our”) is a Digital SAT practice platform. This policy explains what information we collect when you use satacer at sat-acer.uz, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the site you agree to this policy.
What we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and a hashed password (we can never read the password itself). If your account was created by a school or tutoring center, we also store the login ID and class they assigned to you. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google — never your Google password.
Study activity. Your practice answers, test sessions and scores, review activity, study-plan settings (such as a target score and exam date), vocabulary progress, and similar learning records. This is the core of the product: it is how we score your work, show your analytics, and adapt your practice.
Messages you send us. Support requests, question reports, and comments you post on tests.
AI tutor conversations. Messages you send to Ask Acey and the replies you receive are stored in your chat history and are processed by our AI provider to generate the reply.
Payment records. If you buy a plan, payment is handled by Payme or Click. We store the order, the plan, the amount, and the payment state. We never see or store your card number.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and to keep the service running.
How we use it
To operate the platform: grading and score reports, progress analytics, study plans, contests and leaderboards, the AI tutor, and support. To keep tests fair: proctoring signals (such as leaving fullscreen during a school-assigned mock) are recorded for the session and visible to your school’s staff. To keep accounts safe: login throttling, abuse prevention, and service emails such as password-reset codes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Who can see your data
If your account belongs to a school or tutoring center, that organization’s teachers and administrators can see your roster details, assigned tests, results, and session reports — that is what the product is for. On public leaderboards other students see your display name, never your email.
We share data with service providers only as needed to run SAT Acer: payment processing (Payme, Click), email delivery, hosting, and AI processing for tutor replies. Each provider receives only what its function requires.
Where your data lives and how long we keep it
Your data is stored on our servers and retained while your account is active. If you delete your account in Settings, your personal data is removed; anonymized, aggregate statistics (for example, how many students answered a question correctly) may be retained.
Students under 18
SAT Acer is used by secondary-school students preparing for the SAT. If you are under 18, use SAT Acer with the knowledge and consent of a parent, guardian, or your school. Parents and guardians can contact us to review or remove a minor’s data.
Your choices
You can update your name and password in Settings, and delete your account there at any time. You can ask us to correct or export your information. If your account is managed by a school, some requests go through the school’s administrator.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access to production data is restricted, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. No online service can promise perfect security, but we treat your study data with care and fix reported issues promptly.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will update this page and the date above. Questions or requests: use the Support page in your account, and we will respond there.
