Terms of Service

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe your account was accessed by someone else. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you are under 18, use SAT Acer with the consent of a parent, guardian, or your school.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, republish, or resell test questions, explanations, or other SAT Acer content;
• share an individual account between multiple people, or circumvent plan limits;
• cheat on proctored or assigned tests, or help someone else do so;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or attempt to access another person’s data;
• use the AI tutor to generate content that is unlawful or abusive.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. School and center staff can suspend accounts they manage.

The free tier includes the diagnostic and limited daily practice. Paid plans are prepaid, fixed-term purchases in Uzbek so’m (UZS), processed by Payme or Click — we never see your card details. Plans do not renew automatically: when a period ends, access simply returns to the free tier until you purchase again. Prices shown at checkout are the amounts charged.

If a payment goes wrong — you were charged but access was not granted, or you were charged twice — contact us through the Support page and we will make it right. Completed periods are otherwise non-refundable except where the law requires.

SAT Acer’s questions, explanations, courseware, and software are our property or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal test preparation only. SAT is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse SAT Acer; references to the SAT on this site identify the exam we help you practice for.

We work to keep SAT Acer accurate, available, and close to the real testing experience, but we provide it “as is”. Practice scores and predicted scores are estimates, not promises about your official results. Features marked as coming soon may change or ship later than teased. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using SAT Acer and delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the service, and we will say why when we do.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Questions: the Support page in your account.
